Following the successful launch of Investment Europe's ESG roundtable in 2018 and increased level of interest received from our community of fund buyers, Investment Europe is delighted to launch the Pan-European ESG Summit. This important event is designed to speak to the practical issues and challenges facing fund buyers as they look to build ESG portfolios that deliver positive impact and enhanced financial performance.

Artificial intelligence increasingly drives developments in capital markets. This session outlines how machine learning combined with human analysis can be used to meet investor's needs. Dr. Aeby explains how RepRisk applies artificial intelligence on labelled datasets to differentiate its risk-focused ESG data and provide customized quantitative solutions for asset managers.
Dr. Philipp Aeby
CEO of RepRisk
Dr. Philipp Aeby is CEO of RepRisk and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner. Before joining RepRisk in 2006, he served in various managerial positions across Europe at Amgen, a global biopharmaceutical firm, and worked on a broad range of international assignments with the Boston Consulting Group. Philipp holds a PhD in Environmental Physics and a Master's degree in Climatology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.
Philipp is a member of the Global Advisory y Council of Cornerstone Capital Inc and of the Business Advisory Board of the Swiss Peace Foundation. He was on the Board of Swiss Sustainable Finance and on UNICEF's Advisory Board during the launch of UNICEF's Children's Rights and Business Principles.
