Dr. Kurt A. Lambert joined the Board of RepRisk in 2007 and has been its Chairman since 2010. He is also the Chairman of the Swiss software firm Aioma AG and a member of the Board of Quantex AG, a Swiss-based investment manager.

He is a passionate entrepreneur who has built a number of early and late-stage firms spanning the investment, fintech, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors, including Swiss coffeeshop chain ViCAFE

Kurt founded Harcourt Investment Consulting AG in 1997, which was a pioneer in the Swiss hedge fund industry, and managed in excess of USD 5 billion by the end of 2009. During his time there, he also served as a member of the Advisory Board of the FTSE Hedge Fund Index. 

He is the Chairman of The Forlam Foundation, and was previously Chairman and member of the Board of Trustees of the Africa Foundation UK Trust. In addition, he has served on the Advisory Board of several major initiatives, the most recent being to establish a regional financial institute in the Caribbean.  

Kurt has a PhD in Economics from the University of Lausanne, in Switzerland, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BSc in Mathematics from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, USA.

Daniela Bosshardt-Hengartner has been a member of the Board of Directors of RepRisk since 2008. She works as an independent consultant in the area of financial analysis and business development for investment managers and corporates.  

Daniela is Chair of the Board of Directors of Galenica, a diversified healthcare firm listed at the Swiss Stock Exchange.  

She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Vifor Pharma, Nobel Biocare, and La-Joux Perret SA. Prior to this, Daniela was a financial analyst at the Bank am Bellevue and at M2 Capital. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bellevue Asset Management.  

Daniela holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Pharmacy from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Philipp Aeby is the CEO and co-founder of RepRisk. He is an expert in business conduct risk management, with a special interest in machine learning. The technology team reports directly to him.

Before joining RepRisk in 2006, Philipp served in various managerial positions across Europe at Amgen, a global biopharmaceutical firm, and worked on a broad range of international assignments with the Boston Consulting Group. He started his career as a visiting scientist at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture in Colombia.

Philipp holds a PhD in Environmental Physics and a Master’s degree in Climatology and Hydrology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland, where he earned the ETH Medal for outstanding research that involved applying neural networks to pattern recognition.

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon joined RepRisk in 2013 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Over her tenure, she has established and led RepRisk’s globally distributed Sales, Partnerships, Client Relationship Management, Sales Operations, and Marketing & Communications teams.  

Before joining RepRisk, Alexandra worked on the Global Sustainability Affairs team at Credit Suisse, focusing on environmental and social risk management, green business opportunities, corporate responsibility reporting, and employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked at the US headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, holding positions within brand marketing and business development. 

Alexandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, with an exchange semester at the HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales de Paris), in France. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honors), and a Certificate in International Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA.

Antonio joined RepRisk in 2020 as Head of Sales. He is responsible for the firm’s global strategic sales activities and leading a global Team of senior ESG advisors.

Before joining RepRisk, Antonio worked with the two global Swiss banks, UBS and Credit Suisse, for more than 20 years. At UBS, he managed High Net Worth Individuals in the Latin American Market before taking over the responsibilities as Branch Manager of Pfaffikon SZ and Einsiedeln in the Wealth Management department.

In 2010, Antonio joined Credit Suisse in the International External Asset Managers department, where he developed and set up Private Label Funds. He later became Market Head in the Swiss Wealth Management department, pioneering Social Responsible Investing by establishing the first Sustainability Desk for Wealth Management clients in Switzerland.

Antonio holds a Federal Bank Clerk Diploma, a Federal Vocational Baccalaureate, and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA. He is currently completing a degree in Sustainable Finance from the University of Zurich.

Benjamin Haltinner is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at RepRisk. He joined the company in 2019, and is responsible for managing the globally distributed finance, human resources, and admin teams which support RepRisk’s growth agenda.

Benjamin has extensive experience in financial research and investment management. Before joining RepRisk, he worked as a financial analyst at the Australian Bond Exchange in Sydney, Australia. Prior to this, Benjamin headed fixed income research at Notenstein La Roche Private Bank in Zurich. He had earlier been a portfolio manager for cross-asset mandates at the bank.

Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, in Switzerland, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Britta Margraf is the Head of the Client Solutions Team at RepRisk, and responsible for client-facing product development and product management at the company.

Britta has been with RepRisk since 2013, previously serving as the Head of the Client Relationship Management Team and as a Business Development Manager. Prior to joining RepRisk, she worked for the German development agency (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ), where she led projects on economic development and digitalization in Southeast Europe, and coordinated sustainability related partnership projects between European companies and the GIZ in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, and China.

Britta earned her MBA in Sustainable Business at Business School Lausanne and University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, and holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Regional Studies from the University of Cologne, in Germany.

Dan Santos joined RepRisk in 2015 and is the General Manager responsible for overseeing the RepRisk Asia Pacific Hub in Manila, Philippines.  

Prior to joining RepRisk, Dan was a Vice President for Data and Product Management at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and held various managerial positions within the Research, Data Operations, and Product Management groups during his 13-year tenure with ISS.  

Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Management of Financial Institutions, and a Master’s degree in Business Management, both from De La Salle University, in Manila, Philippines.

Elizabeth Teige is the Vice President of Research Technology and oversees the development and refinement of RepRisk’s research-related Technology applications, leveraging machine learning.

Elizabeth previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and later Research Manager at RepRisk, which she joined in 2010. Prior to this, she spent two years in the Dominican Republic with the United States Peace Corps.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, in the US, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies (SAIS), in Washington, DC.

Gina Maria Walser joined RepRisk in 2015 and is Head of Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for the firm’s global branding, marketing, and corporate communications activities. Her role further includes managing marketing partnerships. Gina previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Senior Project Manager within RepRisk’s Sales and Marketing department.

Gina holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

Giulia Misino is the Head of Client Relationship Management, where she oversees RepRisk’s global client base and leads the globally distributed Key Account Management, Client Services, and Client Experience teams. She has also been managing a portfolio of key clients since she joined in 2015.

Giulia previously worked as a Business Manager for client accounting services at Swiss Re in Zurich, focusing on client relationship management for the Italian Life & Health market. Prior to this, she spent six years working at AXA Insurance in Dublin, holding positions within product management, marketing and distribution, and finance.

Giulia holds a Master’s degree cum laude in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Rome, Italy.

Dr. Heiko Bailer joined RepRisk in 2019 and is responsible for building RepRisk’s quantitative investment business. As a former hedge fund manager, he is an expert in quantitative trading strategies.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Heiko co-founded the Swiss Fintech SmartStamp AG, as well as traded long/short US equities at GLAM, Goldcorp Land Asset Manager. Subsequent to that, Heiko was CIO at Swiss Trust Advisors AG and Plenum Investments.

Other previous appointments include: Head of Quantitative Solutions and Asset Allocation at Credit Suisse, Deputy CRO at Harcourt Investment Consulting, Director at Delta One Trading ABN AMRO London, and desk rotations at Deutsche Bank Global Markets in New York, Tokyo, and London.

Heiko received his Master of Science from Ludwig Maximilian University, in Munich, and his PhD in Applied Statistics from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Jenny Mathilde Nordby joined RepRisk in 2018 and is the Head of Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution. She is responsible for the firm’s global strategic sales and product partnerships, including re-distribution channels. Her role further includes responsibility for market research and competitive intelligence.

Before joining RepRisk, Jenny worked at SEB from 2013 onward – first, as an Account Manager covering Nordic institutional and corporate clients within Client Coverage, then since 2015 in Institutional Sales, and since 2017 in Corporate Risk Advisory and Analytics within Capital Markets. During her tenure at SEB, she also worked in rotations at other locations and departments in London, Singapore, and Stockholm.

Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Oslo, in Norway, and a Master of Science in Management and Finance from Imperial College, London, in the UK. She has additionally completed exchange semesters at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, and at the American University, in Washington D.C., USA.

Karoly Guba is the Head of Engineering, responsible for RepRisk’s global IT and developer teams. He joined the company in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer and worked on numerous programming projects until becoming the Team Lead in 2017, and subsequently the Technology Manager in 2018. He was promoted to Head of Engineering in 2021.

Karoly has 20+ years of experience in IT and software development as well as in people management. Prior to RepRisk, Karoly was department lead for General Administration and Technical Services and held various technical positions within IT during his 14-year tenure at the Municipality of Coka, in Serbia.

Karoly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from John von Neumann University, in Kecskemet, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad, in Zrenjanin, Serbia.

Kathrin Weston Walsh joined RepRisk in 2019 and is the Corporate Counsel. She handles contract-related, compliance, and other legal matters relating to RepRisk’s relationships with our clients, partners, suppliers, and others.

Kathrin previously worked as an attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation for two international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Denver, Colorado, USA. While in private practice, she focused primarily on insurance coverage, intellectual property, franchise, and employment matters. Most recently, Kathrin worked as the Legal English Program Director for Lawbility Ltd. in Zurich, and as a lecturer at the University of Lucerne Law Faculty.

Kathrin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, USA, a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the Duke University Graduate School, and a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude and with honors, in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA.

Luba Protopopova is the Executive Vice President of Products and Strategy at RepRisk, overseeing global product development, legal and compliance, and strategy. She initially joined RepRisk in 2017 as the Chief of Staff, where she led globally distributed Technology, Finance, and HR teams, and supported the company’s growth agenda.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Luba worked at the international secretariat of the WWF, the global environment NGO, leading global change projects and supporting WWF offices. Her past experience also includes strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, and work as VP in International Financial Institutions at the Bank of Montreal in Toronto, Canada, where she managed relations with foreign private and central banks.  

Luba holds a degree in Law (honors) from Moscow State University in Russia, a Master's degree in Law from McGill University in Canada, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University in Canada. 

Mariana Pote is the Head of ESG Research at RepRisk, and responsible for overseeing daily research operations and managing the global research team.

Mariana joined RepRisk in 2012, and previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and later as a Senior Project Manager supporting the research management team. Prior to joining RepRisk, Mariana co-founded a qualitative research company and worked as a strategic planner in multiple advertising agencies in Lisbon.

Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from University College London, a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from the Zurich University of the Arts, and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Oxford.

Misty San Juan joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing analysts that provide operational support to the revenue generating teams – Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution.

Before joining RepRisk, Misty was an Associate Vice President of the Client Services and Consultants – Global Proxy Distribution business at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) focusing on the day-to-day relationships of custodian and institutional clients in Asia and Australia. She also held various roles in the Vote and Custodian Operations departments during her 12-year tenure at ISS.

Misty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, Philippines.

Nicole Streuli-Fürst is co-founder and the Executive Vice President of Operations and Research. Having joined RepRisk in 2007, Nicole directs the global analyst team and leads under the Research umbrella three departments: ESG Research, Research Technology and Business Information Research. She is also responsible for the development of RepRisk's global operations with its subsidiaries’ offices in Berlin, Manila, New York, and Toronto. Nicole previously worked for the Plant Science Center of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.  

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Social Management and Social Responsibility from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. She is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in Business Engineering (EMBE) from the University of St. Gallen, in Switzerland.

Sergio Dias joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing the team of key account managers in order to deliver high-quality services to clients globally. He and his team establish long-term relationships with key clients and develop mutual growth opportunities.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Sergio worked as a Strategy & Origination Manager at Swiss Re, where he led several global growth initiatives and implemented market strategies around the world. Previously, he worked as a Client Manager and Business Originator at Rothschild Private Banking and Credit Suisse, working mainly with high-profile clients.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and a professional football coaching certification – the UEFA A license.
