Your Responsibilities
As a forward thinking, hands on Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will focus on a variety of tasks in the whole employee journey at RepRisk. You will align HR policies with organizational goals to boost performance and employee engagement. This includes working with the business and the international HR team on developing and implementing strategies for a productive and positive work environment, while continuously evaluating and adjusting HR programs to ensure their effectiveness. As Manila based member of our international HR team you will report to the HR Lead, Manila. Moreover, you will:
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported.
- Champion our workplace culture by fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns.
- Boost engagement and retention through strategic employee programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with line managers in other countries to enhance performance through coaching and training.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, providing clear guidance and support.
You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or related disciplines; an HR certification from a reputable organization is an advantage.
- Solid professional experience in a HR Specialist or HR Generalist role with at least 10 years experience, including 3 years experience in a senior specialist/generalist role.
- Proven experience in successfully recruiting entry level to senior level positions (mid to high volume recruitment), within agreed timelines.
- Well adept in using social media and professional websites in sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking, payroll, and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge and experience in benefits administration.
- Expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, with experience in doing tax annualization.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws and ethical practices to ensure the organization stays compliant with legal standards.
- Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proficiency in English.
- Experience working with a diverse and multi-cultural team in an international company is a must.
