Your Responsibilities 

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening our global positioning by delivering high-impact social media and paid digital campaigns that support commercial growth. 

We’re looking for a commercially minded social media specialist who closely follows platform developments, paid advertising innovations, and emerging trends, and can translate them into campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. 

As a key member of our integrated Marketing & Communications team, you will own the execution and optimization of social media and paid digital campaign across corporate channels, including LinkedIn and Google Ads. You will be accountable for campaign performance, where the quality and precision of execution directly influence measurable commercial outcomes. 

You will: 

  • Execute and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns aligned with business and lead generation objectives  

  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and delivery quality  

  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality execution of content across channels  

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable improvements  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product to deliver campaigns aligned with commercial priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in B2B marketing, communications, or digital marketing. 

  • 5 + years of experience in B2B social media and paid advertising, ideally in a global corporate environment; experience in tech, data, AI, banking, or asset management is a strong advantage. 

  • Proven track record of executing and optimizing paid social and digital advertising campaigns with clear impact on lead generation and commercial outcomes. 

  • Strong hands-on experience with social advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), social CRM tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot).  

  • Experience creating or adapting content for paid campaigns, including design or video formats using tools such as Canva.  

  • Demonstrated ability to build engagement and grow an audience on LinkedIn. 

  • Strong commercial mindset, result-oriented, with experience in A/B testing, performance optimization, and budget management. 

  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience working with C‑suite and different internal stakeholders like Sales, Product, and Technology teams. 

  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into concise, compelling content tailored to target audiences. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decision-making.. 

  • Fluent English with native-level written and verbal communication skills.
