Daniela Bosshardt-Hengartner has been a member of the RepRisk Board of Directors since 2008 and was appointed Chair in 2023.

She sits on the Board of Ernst Goehner Beteiligungen and on the Board of Trustees of the ETHZ Foundation.

Daniela was on the Board of Galenica (a diversified healthcare firm listed at the Swiss Stock Exchange) since 2008 and served as its Chair from 2019 until 2023.

She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Vifor Pharma AG, Nobel Biocare AG, and La-Joux Perret SA. Prior to this, Daniela was a financial analyst at the Bank am Bellevue and at M2 Capital. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bellevue Asset Management and worked as an independent consultant in the area of financial analysis and business development for investment managers and corporates. Daniela holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Pharmacy from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland.

Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon joined RepRisk in 2013 and is the Chief Commercial Officer. Over her tenure, she has established and leads RepRisk’s commercial division globally, which includes client relationship management, sales and strategic partnerships, and marketing & communications teams.  

Before joining RepRisk, Alexandra worked on the Global Sustainability Affairs team at Credit Suisse, focusing on environmental and social risk management, green business opportunities, corporate responsibility reporting, and employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked at the US headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, holding positions within brand marketing and business development. 

Alexandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, with an exchange semester at the HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales de Paris), in France. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honors) and a Certificate in International Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA, as well as a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Benjamin Haltinner is the Vice President of Finance at RepRisk. He joined the company in 2019, and is responsible for managing the globally distributed finance teams which support RepRisk’s growth agenda.

Benjamin has extensive experience in financial research and investment management. Before joining RepRisk, he worked as a financial analyst at the Australian Bond Exchange in Sydney, Australia. Prior to this, Benjamin headed fixed income research at Notenstein La Roche Private Bank in Zurich. He had earlier been a portfolio manager for cross-asset mandates at the bank.

Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, in Switzerland, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Britta Margraf is the Head of the Client Solutions Team at RepRisk, and responsible for client-facing product development and product management at the company.

Britta has been with RepRisk since 2013, previously serving as the Head of the Client Relationship Management Team and as a Business Development Manager. Prior to joining RepRisk, she worked for the German development agency (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ), where she led projects on economic development and digitalization in Southeast Europe, and coordinated sustainability related partnership projects between European companies and the GIZ in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, and China.

Britta earned her MBA in Sustainable Business at Business School Lausanne and University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, and holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Regional Studies from the University of Cologne, in Germany.

Chris Kennedy joined RepRisk in 2023 and is the General Manager responsible for overseeing the RepRisk Americas Hub, located in Toronto, Canada.

Chris brings over 20 years of finance and operations experience, having held senior sales and execution positions within a Schedule 1 Canadian chartered bank. Areas of expertise include capital markets, wealth management, fixed income, and operations.

Chris holds a business degree from Mount Allison University specializing in Accounting and Psychology and is a CFA charter holder. Chris is also committed to numerous charitable causes, including helping to run a national children’s charity for the past 20 years.

Dan Wally Santos  joined RepRisk in 2015 and is the General Manager responsible for overseeing the RepRisk Asia Pacific Hub in Manila, Philippines.  

Prior to joining RepRisk, Dan was a Vice President for Data and Product Management at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and held various managerial positions within the Research, Data Operations, and Product Management groups during his 13-year tenure with ISS.  

Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Management of Financial Institutions, and a Master’s degree in Business Management, both from De La Salle University, in Manila, Philippines.

Liz Teige is Vice President and Head of RepRisk's Innovation Hub, responsible for fostering, accelerating, and enhancing product, process, and general business innovation throughout the company.

Liz previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, Research Manager, and Vice President of Research Technology at RepRisk, which she joined in 2010. Prior to this, she spent two years in the Dominican Republic with the United States Peace Corps.

Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, in the US, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies (SAIS), in Washington, DC.

Gina Maria Walser joined RepRisk in 2015 and is Head of Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for the firm’s global branding, marketing, and corporate communications activities. Her role further includes managing marketing partnerships. Gina previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Senior Project Manager within RepRisk’s Sales and Marketing department.

Gina holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

Giulia Misino is the Head of Commercial Operations, where she oversees RepRisk’s global client base and leads the Client Services, Client Experience, and Data Delivery and Integration teams.

Giulia previously worked as a Business Manager for client accounting services at Swiss Re in Zurich, focusing on client relationship management for the Italian Life & Health market. Prior to this, she spent six years working at AXA Insurance in Dublin, holding positions within product management, marketing and distribution, and finance.

Giulia holds a Master’s degree cum laude in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Rome, Italy.

Hope Vega joined RepRisk in 2021 as Head of Business Information Research, the team responsible for the creation, curation, and maintenance of RepRisk’s prorietary datasets.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Hope was a Content Operations Manager at Refinitiv, a business division of London Stock Exchange Group. During her more than 20-year tenure, she managed multiple teams involved in processes such as sourcing, curation, and aggregation of research and estimates data. She headed teams located in various countries across Asia, namely China, India, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines.

Hope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from De La Salle University, both in Manila, Philippines. She also holds a CFA Certificate from the Institute Investment Foundation Program.

Jenny Mathilde Nordby joined RepRisk in 2018 and is the Head of Business Development. She is responsible for RepRisk’s global business development department, including direct sales, strategic product integration partnerships, and redistribution channels. She previously led RepRisk’s Partnerships department and oversaw the company’s market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence.

Before joining RepRisk, Jenny worked at SEB – first, as an Account Manager covering Nordic institutional and corporate clients within Client Coverage, then in Institutional Sales, and finally in Corporate Risk Advisory and Analytics within Capital Markets. During her tenure at SEB, she also worked in rotations at other locations and departments in London, Singapore, and Stockholm.

Jenny holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Oslo, in Norway, and a Master of Science in Management and Finance from Imperial College, London, in the UK. She completed exchange semesters at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, and at the American University, in Washington D.C., USA.

Karoly Guba is the Head of Engineering, responsible for RepRisk’s global IT and developer teams. He joined the company in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer and worked on numerous programming projects until becoming the Team Lead in 2017, and subsequently the Technology Manager in 2018. He was promoted to Head of Engineering in 2021.

Karoly has 20+ years of experience in IT and software development as well as in people management. Prior to RepRisk, Karoly was department lead for General Administration and Technical Services and held various technical positions within IT during his 14-year tenure at the Municipality of Coka, in Serbia.

Karoly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from John von Neumann University, in Kecskemet, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad, in Zrenjanin, Serbia.

Kathrin Weston Walsh joined RepRisk in 2019 and is the Head of Legal. She handles contract-related, compliance, and other legal matters relating to RepRisk’s relationships with our clients, partners, suppliers, and others.

Kathrin previously worked as an attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation for two international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Denver, Colorado, USA. While in private practice, she focused primarily on insurance coverage, intellectual property, franchise, and employment matters. Most recently, Kathrin worked as the Legal English Program Director for Lawbility Ltd. in Zurich, and as a lecturer at the University of Lucerne Law Faculty.

Kathrin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, USA, a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the Duke University Graduate School, and a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude and with honors, in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA.

Mariana Pote is the Head of ESG Research at RepRisk, and responsible for overseeing daily research operations and managing the global research team.

Mariana joined RepRisk in 2012, and previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and later as a Senior Project Manager supporting the research management team. Prior to joining RepRisk, Mariana co-founded a qualitative research company and worked as a strategic planner in multiple advertising agencies in Lisbon.

Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from University College London, a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from the Zurich University of the Arts, and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Oxford.

Markus Zürn joined RepRisk in 2023 as General Manager overseeing business operations, driving RepRisk’s growth agenda, and fostering the development of the talented team in Berlin, Germany.

Passionate about digital transformation and building sound teams and businesses, Markus brings nearly 30 years of working experience in start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate companies across the e-commerce, fin-tech and telco-data sectors, including at Otto Group, Groupe Casino, Ionos, ATU and Ingenico in different C-Level positions.

Markus holds a business degree in Marketing from Idrac-Business-School in Paris, France.

Misty San Juan joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing analysts that provide operational support to the revenue generating teams – Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution.

Before joining RepRisk, Misty was an Associate Vice President of the Client Services and Consultants – Global Proxy Distribution business at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) focusing on the day-to-day relationships of custodian and institutional clients in Asia and Australia. She also held various roles in the Vote and Custodian Operations departments during her 12-year tenure at ISS.

Misty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, Philippines.

Natascha Gruden is the Chief of Staff at RepRisk. Joining the company in 2021, she works closely with the executive team and the board of directors, drives strategic projects, and ensures alignment across all departments.

Natascha has extensive experience in human resources (HR), previously working in strategic, advisory, and administrative roles. Before joining RepRisk, Natascha was the HR Manager and member of the extended management team at Arcplace AG, where she built the HR department from scratch, including overseeing the implementation of, and compliance with, the company’s HR processes. Prior to this, she headed the HR Services of Elvetino AG for over 1,000 employees across Switzerland and Italy. Natascha started her career in the travel industry holding positions within marketing, sales, and technology.

Natascha holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS) with a major in general management and completed a foundation program in psychology at the University of Zurich.

Nicole Brunschweiler joined RepRisk at the beginning of 2022 and is the Chief People Officer. Nicole is responsible for establishing and advancing the globally distributed HR team, which supports RepRisk’s growth agenda, covering all people, culture and organization-related strategies, processes, and activities.

Enthusiastic about clients, organization, and people, Nicole is a Human Resources leader with over two decades of strategic HR leadership, business partnering, organization effectiveness and development, transformation and change, consulting and marketing expertise, from the board to the whole organization. She has global leadership experience with a focus on financial services, but also across all industries.

Nicole holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA, with Distinction) from the Warwick Business School in England, a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the FHNW in Olten, Switzerland, as well as a variety of Business and Leadership Certificates.

Nicole Streuli-Fürst is co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer. Having joined RepRisk in 2007, Nicole directs the global analyst team and leads under the Research umbrella two departments: ESG Research and Business Information Research. She is also responsible for the development of RepRisk's global operations with its subsidiaries’ offices in Berlin, Manila, New York, and Toronto. Nicole previously worked for the Plant Science Center of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.  

Nicole holds an Executive Master’s in Business Engineering (EMBE) from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in Germany as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Social Management and Social Responsibility from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland.

Dr. Philipp Aeby is the CEO and co-founder of RepRisk. He is an expert in business conduct risk management, with a special interest in machine learning.

Before joining RepRisk in 2006, Philipp served in various managerial positions across Europe at Amgen, a global biopharmaceutical firm, and worked on a broad range of international assignments with the Boston Consulting Group. He started his career as a visiting scientist at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture in Colombia.

Philipp holds a PhD in Environmental Physics and a Master’s degree in Climatology and Hydrology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland, where he earned the ETH Medal for outstanding research that involved applying neural networks to pattern recognition.

Sergio Dias joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing the team of key account managers in order to deliver high-quality services to clients globally. He and his team establish long-term relationships with key clients and develop mutual growth opportunities.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Sergio worked as a Strategy & Origination Manager at Swiss Re, where he led several global growth initiatives and implemented market strategies around the world. Previously, he worked as a Client Manager and Business Originator at Rothschild Private Banking and Credit Suisse, working mainly with high-profile clients.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and a professional football coaching certification – the UEFA A license.

Sven Munzinger joined RepRisk in 2023 and is the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for developing finance processes for the organization globally. He is partnering with business to drive growth and ensure the long-term performance of the company. He is also responsible for overseeing the digital and broader finance transformation.

Before joining RepRisk, Sven worked in leading finance positions in Open Systems, focusing on revenue responsibility, financial planning, digital transformation, as well as business partnering to ensure financial transparency and strategic growth. Prior to this, he worked at the Schindler Group, holding positions as internal auditor (Switzerland), Head of Controlling (India), and Country CFO (Chile).

Sven holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Economics (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland. He also holds an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
