Alexandra Mihailescu Cichon joined RepRisk in 2013 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Over her tenure, she has established and led RepRisk’s globally distributed Sales, Partnerships, Client Relationship Management, Sales Operations, and Marketing & Communications teams.  

Before joining RepRisk, Alexandra worked on the Global Sustainability Affairs team at Credit Suisse, focusing on environmental and social risk management, green business opportunities, corporate responsibility reporting, and employee engagement. Prior to this, she worked at the US headquarters of Mercedes-Benz, holding positions within brand marketing and business development. 

Alexandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, with an exchange semester at the HEC Paris (École des hautes études commerciales de Paris), in France. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (honors) and a Certificate in International Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, USA, as well as a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Linda is the Founder and CEO of ISFC, where she oversees its work on sustainability strategies and sustainable investing.

Linda is a Fellow at The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) in London, and a non-executive director at a London-based startup, Pedal Me. She is also an advisory board member at the Romanian Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (RoSIF) and a Member of the Agora Energiewende Council for Europe.

Until recently, Linda was a Policy Leader Fellow at the EUI's School of Transnational Governance in Florence, where she focused on the EU sustainable finance rules and the role of impact investing.

Previously, Linda was a Director at Re-Define, a London-based boutique consultancy working on advising major financial sector actors across Europe and in the US on climate finance and ESG integration. Linda is an alumna of the University of Glasgow, McGill University and the London School of Economics. 

Talya is the research project manager for CHRB at WBA. She joined in March 2020 and has the overall responsibility to manage the CHRB research process in a smooth way & engage with stakeholders to further the use of the data and methodologies produced.

Talya believes that identifying and mitigating human rights risks and impacts in the private sector is the new frontier of human rights work, specifically in developing business strategies and solutions which include both sustainability and human rights targets as a means to promote systemic change.

Prior to this Talya spent time working with the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) in Paris, where she managed a project on integrating human rights into investment strategies. Her previous experience includes assisting in research for Human Rights Watch (HRW) in Paris and New York and the completion of a civil service program with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Israel. She holds a BA in human rights from Columbia University in the city of New York, and a Masters from the Sciences Po School of International Affairs in Paris, with a focus on international law.

Gina Jurva is an attorney and former state deputy district attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining Thomson Reuters she has served as Senior Legal Writer and Editor and currently serves as Manager, Enterprise Content-Corporates & Governments for the Thomson Reuters Institute (TRI).

On behalf of TRI, Ms. Jurva leads content and multi-media activities to highlight solutions to some of the world’s most pressing corporate risk, regulatory compliance and public and private sector challenges including anti-money laundering (AML), human trafficking and fraud. Ms. Jurva is the host of the video series, “Thomson Reuters Talks Financial Crime,” and a co-host of the podcast, “Thomson Reuters Market Insights.”
She also manages thought leadership content related to emerging trends in corporate law departments.

In previous roles at Thomson Reuters, Ms. Jurva worked as the Manager for the Risk & Compliance platform. Additionally, she worked at National Public Radio (NPR) in San Francisco creating news and radio pieces.
