Your responsibilities 

The RFP specialist plays an important role in supporting the revenue-generating teams (Business Development and Key Account Management) by building clear, persuasive, and accurate proposals (Request for Proposal or Request for Information, Due diligence questionnaire, etc.,). The ideal candidate is highly organized, action-oriented, and has a deep understanding of the sales process to ensure the right resources are engaged to meet the client's requirements. Aside from multi-tasking skills, you are expected to be able to work and communicate across cultures. You should also have strong self-management skills, be able to deliver agreed-on tasks and manage expectations even when under pressure. 

You will be part of the global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Head of Sales Operations based in Manila. Moreover, you will: 

  • Act as the point person for all proposal requests including organizing and facilitating kick-off calls, mapping resource requirements, and timelines.  
  • Oversee the development and management of materials for RFP/RFIs including various due diligence documents and supplier questionnaires according to set standards or best practices. 
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to help articulate customized responses. 
  • Provide proofreading and editing of RFP responses including alignment with RepRisk messaging. 
  • Manage the RFP database and maintain an up-to-date RepRisk repository. 
  • Manage client- and sales-related activities in the RepRisk CRM tool (Salesforce) and Sales Operations Dashboard via Microsoft Teams. 
  • Perform general Sales Operations tasks and activities to assist the revenue-generating teams, through company briefings, contact research, etc. 
  • Perform both individual research projects as well as part of the bigger team. 

You bring 

  • A Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of proposal development and/or project management experience  
  • Work experience in the Financial and ESG sectors is a big plus.  
  • Significant experience in drafting /writing materials – and high attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English 
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools, in particular, Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Experience with proposal creation software 
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
