Your responsibilities

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Sales & Marketing division by providing proposal management support (Request for Proposal or Request for Information). On top of this, you will provide operational support to the revenue generating teams (Sales, Key Account Management, and Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution) achieve its targets in the key client segments of banks, insurances, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial corporates. You will be part of the global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Head of Sales Operations based in Manila.  

As a key player in our dynamic team 

  • You oversee the development of materials for RFP/RFIs including Due diligence document.  
  • You support the RFP/RFI activities including preparation, coordination with stakeholders and completion. 
  • You conduct research to identify relevant contacts in the key client segments using online sources  
  • You provide ongoing sales support to the Sales, KAM, and Partnerships teams, such as drafting quotes, contracts, and other adhoc analysis and research projects.   
  • You manage client- and sales-related activities in the RepRisk CRM tool (Salesforce) and Sales Operations Dashboard via Microsoft Teams  
  • You coordinate and monitor tasks/activities with other internal stakeholders. 

You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent working experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or client support function and 2 years of Proposal development and/or project management experience.  
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales processes. 
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English 
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
