Your Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Sales & Marketing division to stay abreast of the key ESG, business, political, and economic developments. On top of this, you will provide operational support to the revenue generating teams (Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution) achieve its targets in the key client segments of banks, insurances, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial corporates.  You will supervise Junior Sales Operations Analysts under the Sales Support and Market Intelligence sub-department. You will be part of the global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Head of Sales Operations based in Manila. Moreover you will:

  • Conduct research to identify high public visibility ESG risk incidents using desktop research

  • Prepare daily monitoring report and will be sent to Sales, CRM and Partnerships at a given timeline

  • Manage risk incident coverage by checking the ESG Risk Platform daily

  • Coordinate with the Research team to determine the scope and request special process to capture risk incidents in the platform

  • Manage, distribute, and control Inbound leads.

  • Continouosly evaluate the most efficient lead assignment processes and work with the Head of Sales Operations for the implementation.

  • Create and distribute market intelligence reports including ad hoc and custom reports for the revenue-generating teams.

  • Provide ongoing sales support to the Sales, CRM, and Partnerships teams, such as drafting quotes, contracts, and other relevant materials  

  • Manage client- and sales-related activities in the RepRisk CRM tool (Salesforce) and Sales Operations Dashboard via Microsoft Teams 

  • Coordinate and monitor tasks/activities with other internal stakeholders.

You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent working experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or client support function and 3+ years of management experience.

  • Experience in creating and implementing sales processes.

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English

  • Proficient in using MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
