As our new Partnership Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by being a key point of contact and acting as a relationship manager of existing partnerships with financial data providers, index providers, stock exchanges and credit rating agencies. You will also be responsible for growing business with existing product integration and redistribution partners through up-selling and cross-selling, working closely with other departments in RepRisk. You will be part of our global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Head of Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Moreover, you will:
Relationship management: manage a portfolio of existing partners and proactively engage, nurture, and grow partner relationships in line with the RepRisk Partner Journey
Support RepRisk’s position as a leading ESG service provider and ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a partner relationship
Coordinate RepRisk’s responsible action items related to contract negotiation and renewals, sales processes, marketing, and promotional activities, as well as data delivery and support
Grow business activities with existing partners through proactive upselling and cross selling, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution to achieve yearly individual and team targets
Support other business development opportunities and commercial activities working closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Client Services, Products & Technology, and Research
A Master’s Degree within subjects related to Business, Business Analytics, Commerce, Finance, Management, or PR/ Communications.
5+ years professional experience in a front-facing account management role or similar
Analytical and structured thinker, organized, pragmatic, and efficient in execution
A good communicator with commercial sense
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must, additional languages a plus
Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a must
