As our new Senior Partnership Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by establishing new commercial products and redistributing partnerships with other service providers, with a particular focus on wealth-tech/fintech firms and other software and business intelligence providers. You will be part of our global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Head of Partnerships and Third-Party Distribution, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Moreover, you will:
Have a hunter’s mind, and be motivated to drive new business and partnership sales activities focused on establishing product integration and redistribution partnerships; a willingness to invest the necessary time and energy in executing a defined strategy against key annual targets, priorities and within a defined commercial and contractual framework
Develop and nurture a sustained pipeline of prospective partners by proactively prospecting via email and phone outreaches, by targeting and following up on leads, through building relationships, and by participating in events both in-person and online
Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
Support business development and partnership opportunities by executing a defined target list as well as proactively proposing new business cases and collaborating closely with other departments
A Bachelor’s Degree within subjects related to Business, Commerce, Financial Services, Management, or PR/Communications
Solid professional experience in a front-facing sales, partnerships, or account management role focused on commercial activities and deal execution
Experience with business development and sales processes, negotiation, contractual and legal processes
Analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution
Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English, every other language is a plus
