Your Responsibilities

As the Lead Human Resources Projects & Operations based in Zurich and reporting to the Chief People Officer, you oversee the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an optimal employee experience. You are responsible for project management and delivery of HR work streams resulting from the HR roadmap definition, including implementing new and maintaining existing HR policies and systems.

Your tasks will include:

  • Responsibility for the design, monitoring and improvement of HR processes (e.g. salary reviews, performance management & other annual practices), technologies and policies that align with RepRisk’s objectives and enable the RepRisk growth and ensure scalability over time
  • Providing guidance and direction to, as well as supporting within the HR team internationally
  • Lead and manage global key HR projects, including planning (timeline, budget, vendor selection), executing, and monitoring from initiation to closure as assigned
  • Coordinate and lead international cross-functional project team members, including HR professionals, internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as regulatory requirements in the relevant locations
  • Oversee the HRIS system implementation and management, manage stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and integrity

 

You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; further education in ESG related field is a plus
  • At least 7 years broad and deep HR experience, as HR Generalist and on HR projects or operations, potentially with a project management qualification
  • Combination of consulting firm and in-house experience desirable
  • Experience working in company with international branches ideal
  • Substantial experience in HR management, including transformation, process changes, implementation and in change management
  • Experience of planning and timely executing projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of HR systems implementation (such as Workday), contracts, recruitment, talent management, recognition and benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across RepRisk with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and related laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized; ability to manage various projects with competing priorities
  • Fluent in English and German
