Your Responsibilities  

The Financial Controller will report to the Vice President, Finance & Administration, and directly support the company’s growth and global reach. You will:  

  • Manage the financial controlling of the Swiss company and its subsidiaries in Berlin, Manila, New York, and Toronto (additional subsidiaries are currently being set up and will be operational in early 2022)
  • Manage budgeting and financial forecasting process
  • Produce financial reporting & analysis 
  • Monitor local and international tax compliance
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with transfer pricing agreements 
  • Improve finance related processes  
  • Act as sparring partner of the senior accountant 
  • Run and monitor KPIs 
  • Support VP Finance & Administration in strategic financial projects, risk management, and presentation of reports to senior management and the Board of Directors 
  • Support VP Finance & Administration and senior management in financial decisions

You Bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or audit
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent, Swiss certified expert for accounting and controlling desired 
  • Previous experience in international and complex organizations 
  • High computer literacy and affinity for data 
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally with MS Business Central  
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills would be an advantage
