Your Responsibilities  

We are looking for a driven, independent, and ambitious Account Manager in the Key Account Management division. You will play a crucial role for cultivating, managing and growing of client relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will be part of our international Commercial team and report to the Global Team Lead – Key Account Management based in Zürich, Switzerland. You will be working virtually with colleagues and counterparts globally. The candidate must be an established strategic thinker with relevant experience to represent the organization towards our numerous counterpart relationships. Moreover, you will: 

  • Own, manage a portfolio of clients including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, amongst others 
  • Expansion of sales activities by upselling of RepRisk services, across divisions and entire enterprises in line with the RepRisk client journey
  • Support RepRisk’s position as a leading ESG service provider and supporting clients in navigating RepRisk’s platform and providing high-quality service standards to ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate
  • Active contact with internal and external counterparts, including contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring delivery on service levels, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising
  • Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship 

You Offer 

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in financial markets, asset management or in a client-facing role with demonstrated experience in selling and contract negotiations 
  • Higher economic education with a Bachelor's or higher degree preferred 
  • Candidates with experience with financial institutions, especially with asset managers, banks, and insurance, will be given priority 
  • Uncovers and meets the need of external clients; builds strong working partnerships with clients and internal organization; acts with urgency and works hard to address client demands; effectively manages clients’ expectations and delivers value-added service
  • Understands business, financial and technical terminology, including how organizations operate, compete, profit and grow. Keeps abreast of developments in own field and considers how this knowledge can be applied
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English, German or French is required. Other languages is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding that enables easy interaction with financial professionals, IT and Product Teams 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
  • Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure and multiple priorities
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential. Experience using Salesforce is a plus
