As our new Data Integration Specialist, you will ensure successful delivery and maintenance of technical integration and data related service requests to RepRisk’s data feed clients and partners, assisting through service operations, as well as technical advisory for data integration and managing deliverables related to system integration of RepRisk data in our clients and partners’ proprietary platforms and applications. You will be part of our global Sales & Marketing division and the Data Feed Expert Team, and report to the Head of Client Operations, who is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Moreover, you will:
Be responsible for all complex technical and service-related queries submitted by RepRisk clients and partners, including service responses, technical investigations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Work well under time pressure and efficiently identify, prioritize, plan, and execute proactive solutions in a timely manner with attention to detail
Be responsible for bridging knowledge and communication gaps to ensure a smooth onboarding and continual excellence in the service delivery process
Collaborate with the relevant RepRisk Product Owners, and whenever needed, prepare guidance documentation and Service Level Agreements for external stakeholders, as well as proper and articulated process documentation for internal stakeholders
Proactively identify potential issues in and support optimization of RepRisk data integrated in other platform/tools/application
Run and oversee multiple simultaneous projects as a project leader, including ownership of action items and processes leading
Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider by maintaining RepRisk’s high-quality service standards
Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, CRM, Products & Technology, and Research
A Bachelor’s Degree in subjects related to Business and Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Business Development, Financial Services
5+ years professional experience in a front-facing role focused on project management, data integration, business development, and service operations
Experience with coordination and project management with technical, data, and IT teams, and internal and external stakeholders
Experience with financial services industry would be a plus
Experience working with non financial multinationals, supply chain management, supplier risk would be a plus
Analytical and structured thinking, organization skills, and efficient, solutions-oriented execution
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, any other language is a plus
Ability and interest to integrate and collaborate in cross-cultural teams
